When You Have to Do You

Wondering where I’ve been? It’s a long story that involves lots of sacrifice and some tears. Check out my video and if you want, send me some encouragement. I need it!

  1. Praying for you, Jenn!! I cannot imagine the stress you all are going through. You’re super self aware, though, understanding that you don’t have enough emotional energy for anything else right now. I commend your decision and look forward to when you come back and can have a happy report! Brighter days are coming!! And you ARE offering something positive any time you are authentically you. Hugs.

    • Thanks, sweet Jen! <3 I know we will get through this and it will all be worth it, but we just didn't think it would take this looooooong to realize our dream. Just keep swimming, right? Thanks for your thoughtful prayers.

  2. My darling! I know that this has been a real strain on you through the months and I wish I could take some of the stress away for you. I can’t wait until this summer to see you and your Colorado, I know how much you love your state and I know that when all is said and done, it’s going to be so wonderful. Kyle, Ash, and I will hold down the fort here at Scoot so don’t worry ’bout a thing, ’cause every little thing is gonna be alright.

    • Thanks, dearest friend! Things are starting to happen, and you all will have beds to sleep in when you come visit, I will make sure of that! It will be wonderful when it’s done, and things are starting to move and happen now. But like you said, the struggle has taken a toll and been an unimaginable strain. Thanks for always being here for me to cry and vent to. YMBFAILY. <3<3<3<3<3<3

  3. Aw Jenn I wish I was close enough to give you the worlds best hug! (I have it on good authority that mine are amazing) things will work out my friend, there’s got to be an upside to all the down. I KNOW that one day when I get to Colorado I’ll definitley be visiting the house you’ll eventually have built. Love you, stay strong, xoxox

    • I would happily take all your best hugs! <3 It will be okay when it's all said and done, and it will also be completely worth it. When you do make it my way, you will have a beautiful place to stay and explore the Rockies. My door is always open for you. <3<3

  4. As much as I hate cliches, I think it’s only appropriate to be cliche-ey right now and tell you life only throws at you what you can handle. I TRULY believe everything happens for a reason, even if the reason never showd itself when we’d like it to. You got this girl!! Chin up, punches ready, and knock the negative vibes the #@$% out!! XOXO
