YOU CAN DO THIS, JENN! I know that when I had gestational diabetes (with L) I found it really helpful to just journal my food intake and really see where the sugar was coming from. My dad developed diabetes later on in life and he’s able to regulate it with diet and exercise. Once you set a plan into motion, I’ll bet you see those numbers come down!
Also, I’m not sure if you have this accessible to you through your health plan but maybe get a blood glucose monitor. That way you can occasionally test yourself and know where you’re at.
